Dad's Supplements 30-Day Return Policy We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Opened or used products may be eligible for a store credit or exchange, depending on the issue.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
📦 How to Start a Return: Email our support team at support@dadssupplements.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and a return authorization (if approved).
Ship the product back to the address we provide.
💰 Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover all return costs.
❗Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return criteria.
